The total volume of investments in the construction of housing and social facilities in the country amounted to 166,175.3 million soms.
The majority of the constructed housing consists of private ownership — 14,944 units with a total area of 1,814.4 thousand square meters, which corresponds to a growth of 117.2% compared to 2024. Within the framework of individual construction, 9,688 housing units were commissioned with a total area of 1,323.2 thousand square meters, which is 111.8% of the level of 2024.
By regions, the highest number of commissioned housing units is observed in Bishkek, where 1,849 units with a total area of 338.6 thousand square meters were put into operation, corresponding to 117.6% compared to 2024.
- Jalal-Abad Region: 2,277 units, 253.5 thousand square meters (90.1% of the level of 2024);
- Osh Region: 1,674 units, 206.4 thousand square meters (120.5% of the level of 2024);
- Chui Region: 1,621 units, 215.8 thousand square meters (146.8% of the level of 2024);
- Talas Region: 610 units, 80.8 thousand square meters (96.5% of the level of 2024);
- Issyk-Kul Region: 609 units, 86.3 thousand square meters (106.8% of the level of 2024);
- Batken Region: 542 units, 71.2 thousand square meters (104.4% of the level of 2024);
- Naryn Region: 301 units, 36.2 thousand square meters (126.6% of the level of 2024);
- City of Osh: 205 units, 34.4 thousand square meters (98.3% of the level of 2024).
Additionally, in 2025, social infrastructure facilities were built and put into operation in the republic. In particular, 53 general education schools were commissioned with a capacity of 15,192 student places, for which 11,788.6 million soms were allocated. Also, 43 preschool institutions were opened with a capacity of 4,025 places, with investments amounting to 4,136.9 million soms.
Furthermore, 10 hospitals with 463 beds were built, requiring 1,893.1 million soms, as well as 32 outpatient clinics designed for 634 visits per shift, with expenditures of 520.8 million soms.
