As part of the updates in two cardiology centers in the country, new leaders have been appointed, reports the press service of the Ministry of Health. The ceremony took place on January 23, attended by First Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov and Deputy Minister Bakytbek Kadyraliev.
In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talant Eraliyev has become the new head of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after M. Mirrakhimov.
Additionally, Jalil Sheishenov has been appointed as the director of the Scientific Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation.
Speaking before the staff, Aibek Matkerimov emphasized the importance of enhancing management discipline and improving the quality of cardiological care. He noted that previously identified issues require prompt resolution and expressed confidence that the new team will be able to establish effective processes and achieve better clinical outcomes.
It is worth noting that the previous leaders of the NCC and the SRI of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation were removed from their positions following an inspection conducted on January 23.
