As Zhapikeev stated, Kadyrov has served his sentence three times for his beliefs in democracy and freedom of speech.
“I have known Kubanychbek since 1995; he is the older brother of my classmate Mars Kydykbaev. Recently, I mentioned in a podcast that their mother recently lost her younger son, Maxat. This deeply affected her; she cried a lot and, due to diabetes, has almost lost her sight. I wish that no mother in this world experiences such suffering,” he added.
Syimyk Zhapikeev also expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov, noting that he showed concern for the people and ordered Kadyrov's release. “It would also be generous to release the sons of Atambayev, Shailoobek Atazov, and Urmat Baryktabasov,” he emphasized.
It should be noted that Syimyk Zhapikeev, who recently found himself at the center of a scandal, expressed controversial opinions about the works of Chinghiz Aitmatov in Ernist Kiyazov's podcast.
Recall that on November 22, 2025, mass arrests occurred when the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the disruption of a destructive group planning riots after the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh. As a result, 10 people were detained, including politicians and former deputies, among whom was Kubanychbek Kadyrov. All of them were placed in custody by court decision.
