As a result of the raid, five tank trucks with illegal fuel were seized.In the Osh region, employees of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a raid aimed at identifying facts of illegal sale and circulation of petroleum products (PP).
During the inspections, locations were discovered where illegal sales of PP were taking place using five mobile tank trucks that were selling fuel in unapproved locations and without the necessary permits.
Administrative fines were imposed on the owners of the tank trucks, and the vehicles themselves were placed in a detention lot. The seized petroleum products were handed over to the judicial authorities for further investigation.
The State Tax Service noted that the work to identify facts of illegal trade in PP will continue.
In addition, tax officials reminded that according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, retail sale of petroleum products is allowed only at gas stations and filling stations, with the presence of cash register machines and specialized equipment for accounting.
