During the inspections, locations were found where fuel was being sold using five mobile tankers. These vehicles were engaged in mobile retail trade in unauthorized locations without the necessary permits.
As a result of the identified violations, the owners of the tankers were imposed administrative fines, and the vehicles themselves were sent to the impound lot. In addition, the illegally sold fuel was seized, and all case materials were forwarded to the judicial authorities for further investigation.
The Tax Service emphasized that such raids to detect illegal trade in fuel will continue.
According to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the sale of petroleum products is permitted only at gas stations, gas filling stations, and compressor stations, with the mandatory presence of cash registers, specialized equipment (fuel dispensers), and automated accounting systems.
