
The Ministry of Labor, Social Development, and Migration has initiated a new social project under the state order — a 24-hour hotline 5200.
According to the department, this hotline has been established to provide quick and effective assistance to individuals affected by domestic violence and human trafficking.
By calling the number 5200, any citizen can receive free, anonymous, and confidential support. The hotline is staffed by qualified psychologists and consultants who have undergone special training to work with violence, crisis situations, and provide psychological assistance.
The hotline operates 24/7, without days off, and is accessible to all residents of the Kyrgyz Republic through any mobile operator.
The main services provided by the hotline include:
- psychological support for victims of violence and exploitation;
- information about available services and measures to protect the rights of victims;
- consultations on safe shelter, as well as medical and legal assistance;
- support for relatives and witnesses of violence.
