According to this initiative, the document will regulate the processes of discussion and decision-making within the sessions of the Jogorku Kenesh, based on the powers specified in the Constitution, the constitutional law on the Jogorku Kenesh, and other existing laws of Kyrgyzstan. The draft law also aims to digitize the working processes and procedures in the parliament.
