The restriction is temporary
President Sadyr Japarov has signed a decree according to which the licenses for driving schools are suspended.
According to this document, from January 30, 2026, until August 30, 2026, a trial regime will be introduced aimed at improving the regulation of educational activities in the field of driving schools.
During this period, licenses previously issued to private driving schools will be temporarily suspended. Educational services during this time will be provided only by state driving schools.
