According to the deputy, one can earn about 100,000 soms at local construction sites
At the meeting of the parliamentary groups "Eldik" and "Ala-Too," held on January 30, Altynbek Kudayberdiev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, proposed launching an information campaign to attract young people to work on construction sites.
He noted that the construction sector in Kyrgyzstan is rapidly developing; however, many construction sites are staffed by foreign workers, while the youth of the country are leaving abroad in search of a better life.
“You can earn about 100,000 soms on construction sites. It is important to create videos that will inform our citizens about these opportunities. This can have a positive impact on labor migration,” he added.
