The President of Kyrgyzstan has made amendments to the decree dated August 28, 2025, concerning the introduction of a state monopoly on the training of medical specialists.

According to the updates, accredited private medical universities will now be able to enter into international agreements with universities from the USA. This opens up new opportunities for the creation of joint educational programs and projects in the field of training personnel for medicine and pharmaceuticals.

The document emphasizes that such agreements will be carried out only under the condition of strict adherence to state standards, safety requirements, and the conditions established within the framework of the decree.

It should be reminded that in August of last year, Sadyr Japarov signed the decree "On the introduction of a state monopoly on the training of specialists in the field of medicine," which provided for state control over the training of medical personnel.
