According to her, in recent years there has been a trend where many young specialists leave for work in agriculture in countries such as Germany and the United Kingdom.
“Some of them return, while others stay abroad after their first trip. We receive requests from citizens who wish to develop the agricultural sector in their homeland, using the experience gained abroad. They ask the government to provide support measures, including the possibility of leasing land and offering interest-free loans for purchasing equipment. It is important to develop such a program to keep them in the country and create new jobs,” noted Saltanat Amanova.
