Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev, expressed his opinion regarding the potential resignation of the parliament speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, as well as discussed the dismissal of Kamchybek Tashiev from the position of head of the GKNB.
According to the deputy, the work of the Jogorku Kenesh continues in the usual mode, and such decisions should be made based on collective agreement.
When asked about the possibility of changing the speaker, Mamataliyev stated: "The agenda consists of regular issues. We continue to work in a standard mode. This should be a decision made collectively."
Regarding Tashiev's resignation, the parliamentarian emphasized that this decision was made by President Sadyr Japarov.
He added: "Tashiev himself commented on his resignation. For many, it came as a surprise, as there were no obvious prerequisites. Nevertheless, every civil servant, while holding their position, clearly understands the hierarchy. Just as a soldier follows the orders of a general, civil servants act within the established order. We continue to work in this manner," noted Mamataliyev.
