Discussing the friendly relations between President Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev, Toktorbaev noted that their connection should not become a subject of political speculation.

The mayor also reported that, according to his information, Kamchybek Tashiev had health problems: one of the stents in his heart shifted, and he was forced to go for an examination in Germany.
Additionally, Toktorbaev added that he does not have information on whether Tashiev submitted his resignation voluntarily or at the request of the president. However, he expressed hope that "there will be no confrontation."
