“Everyone will focus on their own business”
The mayor of Osh, Zhenishbek Toktorbaev, denied rumors of a possible confrontation between Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev during his morning walk and communication with the city's residents. He stated that such conflict situations are excluded.
According to him, Kamchybek Tashiev has health issues as one of the stents in his heart has shifted. Due to this, he has gone to Germany for examination. Toktorbaev emphasized that Tashiev and the president are long-time friends, and their personal relationship should not be used for political purposes.
Furthermore, the mayor noted that the decision regarding a possible resignation is strictly a personal matter for the head of state. He expressed confidence that there will be neither a split nor a violation of laws in the country, and everyone will focus on their responsibilities.
