The Deputy Prime Minister announced the need to update higher education

In Kyrgyzstan, a review of university curricula will begin, during which outdated and ineffective subjects will be excluded. This was reported by Edil Baisalov, who holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, at a meeting of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation.

According to him, the creation of the new ministry was the first step towards systematic modernization in the field of higher education and science. The main goal of the agency is to transform universities into centers that attract talent, as well as sources of modern knowledge that can become the main engine of the country's development for many years to come, noted the Deputy Prime Minister.
