The incident took place on the night of February 14, when three men, intoxicated, arrived from the capital to the village of Petrovka in the Moscow District. After meeting with two local residents, they got into a conflict that soon escalated into a fight. During the altercation, one of the Bishkek residents used a knife and injured one of the locals, after which they fled in a Honda car.
This case has been classified as hooliganism under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police detained two suspects: T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, who are currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
