The purpose of this document is to strengthen information sovereignty and promote the sustainable development of telecommunications infrastructure in accordance with the norms of the Digital Code.
According to the resolution, the status of national telecommunications operators has been granted to the following companies:
- "Aknet" (LLC);
- "Alpha Telecom" (JSC);
- "Kyrgyztelecom" (JSC);
- "Sky Mobile" (LLC);
- "ElCat" (LLC).
National operators are obliged to carry out activities specified in part 5 of Article 134 of the Digital Code, within the framework of funds annually allocated from the republican budget for state bodies.
A procedure for the interaction of national telecommunications operators with participants in legal relations in the digital sphere has also been established.
This resolution will come into force in seven days.
