Zhainak has significant experience in the media sector. From 2015 to 2019, he served as the general director of "TRK NTS," and then from 2019 to 2020, he headed the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan. He is also one of the authors of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Television and Radio Broadcasting."
