It is worth noting that there are two citizens of Mongolia in the institutions of the penal system of Kyrgyzstan, while Kyrgyz citizens are not serving sentences in Mongolia. However, requests for the extradition of convicts are coming from that country, highlighting the need to establish an appropriate legal framework for exchange.
