Bolot Ibragimov became the Vice-Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.

At the meeting held on February 19, the deputies elected Bolot Ibragimov to the position of Vice-Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.

Ibragimov's candidacy was proposed by the "Mekenchil" parliamentary group, which he joined after previously not belonging to any group.

As a result of the voting, 53 deputies voted in favor of his appointment, while 16 voted against.

Ibragimov replaced Karim Khandzheza in this position, who had previously left his duties for personal reasons.

Currently, Bolot Ibragimov is 36 years old. He was elected as a deputy of the Bishkek City Kenesh in 2024 and then took the position of Vice-Speaker. In 2025, he was elected as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh from the multi-mandate electoral district No. 22 (Oktyabrsky District).
