Brief Biography
Almasbek Abytov was born in 1966 in the Osh region. He holds degrees in engineering (KSHI) and economic mathematics (MGSU), and is also a candidate of technical sciences. He holds the title of State Advisor of the III class in civil service.
Main Career Milestones:
- Since 1995, he held positions from assistant to the deputy speaker to head of key departments of the Jogorku Kenesh apparatus (budget and finance). In 2015, he was a deputy of the V convocation.
- From 2010 to 2011, he served as Minister of Labor, Employment, and Migration.
- Since 2019, he has been the permanent representative of the president and government in parliament.
