The USA has significantly increased the number of military aircraft stationed at bases around Iran
According to the Financial Times, the United States has significantly increased its air force presence at bases in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, located in close proximity to Iran.

The publication notes that Washington is building up significant air power in the region in preparation for a potential military operation against Iran, which could last several weeks.

According to satellite data and assessments from specialists at Tel Aviv University, at least 66 fighter jets are stationed at the base in Jordan. In particular, among them are 18 F-35s, as noted by an aviation expert in an interview.

Additionally, the base hosts 17 multi-role F-15 fighters and 8 A-10 attack aircraft. Electronic warfare EA-18 aircraft and transport planes have also been detected at the base.

Analyzing photographs, the aviation specialist reported the presence of E-3 AWACS airborne control and warning aircraft, as well as C-130 and C-5 transport planes at the base in Saudi Arabia.
