According to information provided by the publication Economist.kg, JSC "Trading Company" no longer exists, and instead, an online casino is now operating in its place.
No official statements regarding the liquidation of the company have been made by the authorities. The website tradeco.kg, which previously belonged to the "Trading Company," now hosts Olymp Casino, offering sports betting and slot machines. The site is adapted for the Kyrgyz market: bets are accepted in soms, and account replenishment is possible through local banks. This process began back in October 2025.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic confirmed the information about the liquidation of the state structure in a conversation with Kaktus.media.
According to the agency, JSC "Trading Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" was liquidated on February 10, 2026, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Justice of the KR No. 1184-k.
"As for the domain name tradeco.kg, previously owned by the JSC, we inform you that on October 1, 2024, a contract was signed with the domain name registrar 'Asia Info' for its registration for a period of one year. Due to the liquidation of the company and the expiration of the contract, the renewal of the domain name registration was not carried out," the ministry commented.
On October 17, 2025, an agreement was signed with the registrar "Asia Info" for the transfer of the domain name tradeco.kg to another party.
The registrar does not provide information about the new owner of the domain tradeco.kg in accordance with privacy legislation requirements.
At the moment, JSC "Trading Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" is not the owner of the domain name tradeco.kg and does not conduct any activities through it, nor does it bear any responsibility for the information posted on this resource.
