At today's meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, a ceremony was held for the oath-taking of two new members of parliament — Rayimberdi Duyshenbiev and Jaiilobai Nyshanov.

Earlier, the Central Election Commission made a decision at an official meeting to transfer the vacant mandates. Rayimberdi Duyshenbiev received a mandate from the multi-mandate electoral district No. 14, while Jaiilobai Nyshanov received one from district No. 15.

Duyshenbiev replaced Kunduzbek Sulaymanov, and Nyshanov replaced Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu. They were presented with certificates and badges confirming their status as deputies.

It should be noted that Rayimberdi Duyshenbiev previously held the position of Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is worth mentioning that Kunduzbek Sulaymanov and former speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu voluntarily resigned from their positions. Alisher Erbaev, who was next on the list after Turgunbek uulu, was appointed head of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the GKNB, which also facilitated the transfer of the mandate to Jaiilobai Nyshanov. In the recent elections, he received 5,865 votes, which is 8.69 percent of the total number of voters.
