Kanatbek Mamatov has been appointed as the director of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as Tourism and Youth Policy of the Bishkek City Hall. This was reported by the press service of the city municipality.
Previously, Mamatov held the position of head of the department for educational, sports, and mass events in the same department.
Rustam Alisherov has been appointed as the deputy director, who previously worked as the chief inspector in the department for monitoring the implementation of decisions of the organizational and control work management of the central office of the city hall.
The signature on the order belongs to Mayor Aibek Junushaliev.
