He noted that young specialists from remote areas find it difficult to reach the main institution "Kyrgyztest" in Bishkek, and they often face long wait times.
“This institution experiences cases of bureaucracy and corruption. We set requirements for knowledge of the state language, but do not create equal conditions for everyone. Specialists from the regions face discrimination, spending time and money on travel,” emphasized Karybek uulu.
The deputy called for the opening of "Kyrgyztest" branches in every region and the implementation of modern digital technologies to simplify the testing process.
