The adopted document serves to implement the law that prohibits access to websites with elements of pornography on the territory of the country.
In accordance with the new procedure, mechanisms will be established for identifying and blocking websites that disseminate such materials.
Additionally, amendments have been made to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy. The ministry will now be responsible for maintaining a registry of blocked pornographic websites and making decisions on the suspension or restriction of the operation of those internet resources that do not comply with legislative norms.
The purpose of this law is to ensure information security and protect citizens, including minors, from unacceptable content, as well as to uphold standards of public morality online.
The resolution will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
