Resolution No. 158, signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev on March 6, stipulates that funding for the new directorate will amount to up to 2.9% of the total investment allocated for the construction of this route.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications, which oversees this directorate, will be responsible for implementing the activities specified in the resolution, including the registration of the new structure with the justice authorities.
