Zhyldyz Sherimbekova graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin in 2012, obtaining a degree in "International Relations." From 2015 to 2018, she worked as the press secretary of the government’s authorized representative in the Chui region, and from 2018 to 2022, she held the position of head of the information department at the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums.
From 2022 to 2024, she was an advisor to the chairman of the National Statistical Committee, and since the beginning of 2024, she has been an expert on information policy in the president's administration.
The previous head of the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh, Zhaynak Usen uulu, has been appointed as an advisor to the speaker of the parliament on digitalization issues.
