Appointed a New Head of the Press Service of the Jogorku Kenesh

The position of head of the press service of the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic has been appointed to Zhaynak Usen uulu. This decision was made by the order of the speaker Marlen Mamataliyev.

A new head of the Jogorku Kenesh press service has been appointed

Zhaynak Usen uulu.
Zhaynak Usen uulu has significant experience in the field of mass media. From 2015 to 2019, he headed "TRK NTS" as the general director. In 2019-2020, he held the position of head of the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan. He is also one of the authors and initiators of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Television and Radio Broadcasting".

Additionally, his professional activities include work in the field of digital broadcasting. From 2015 to 2019, he was the general director of OsOO "Digital Technologies".

Previously holding the position of head of the press service, Zhayil Ruslanov is now appointed as the speechwriter for the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
