This comment was in response to a question from Deputy Erulan Kokulov about whether the president had encountered hypocrisy when he was a deputy, and whether this is recurring in his current role.
According to Japarov, such situations do occur sometimes. "I find out about it within one or two days, and only in rare cases can it take a week," he added.
The deputy also inquired about how the president reacts to such situations.
In response, Japarov noted that changes in leadership happen regularly. "We often replace leaders, sometimes changing one or two ministers within a week. For example, when I first started my work, the heads of the Customs Service changed every week, resulting in 4-5 people being replaced who were involved in hypocrisy," he said.
The deputy asked whether this practice would continue. The president confirmed that efforts in this direction would only intensify.
