The proposed changes affect the cabinet resolution dated January 31, 2025, No. 46, which regulates the procedure for sanitary and epidemiological control, as well as the examination and inspection of facilities.
As part of the project, it is proposed to eliminate the requirement for providing an architectural and technical conclusion to obtain a sanitary and epidemiological inspection act, which will simplify the process.
However, to obtain this act, it will still be necessary to submit the following documents:
- an application in the established form;
- technical documentation (including the act of putting the facility into operation or a technical passport, as well as a conclusion on the technological part of the project);
- documents confirming ownership rights (for example, a purchase or lease agreement);
- results of laboratory tests if necessary;
- the act of sanitary and epidemiological inspection;
- documents on the state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
In the government, it is emphasized that these changes are aimed at implementing Article 64 of the Law "On Public Health" and are intended to improve the process of sanitary and epidemiological control.
The draft resolution is available on the unified portal for public discussion of regulatory legal acts, where citizens and organizations can leave their comments and suggestions.
