At the meeting of the ЖК committee dedicated to the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Competition," concerns were expressed that some producers offer specific conditions, including the installation of refrigeration equipment, which could be interpreted as bribery.

In response to these accusations, a representative of "Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers" stated that all the company's contracts comply with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan and contain no violations. He explained that the company supplies products both directly and through distributors, and has implemented antimonopoly compliance by conducting training events for employees and distributors.
Aibek Mamyraliev, in his capacity as the head of the service, clarified the directions and possible measures of responsibility for violations in the field of competition.
During the conversation, the parties also discussed the importance of adhering to the norms of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding competition, pricing, domestic trade, and consumer rights protection.
The antimonopoly service confirmed that the company is ready to cooperate in identifying specific cases of violations of competition legislation.
