As part of this project, the following plots are proposed for transfer:
- Chuy Ave, 108, area 0.1100 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0275;
- Kyiv St, 55, area 0.049 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0148.
At 55 Kyiv Street, there is a Reproductive Health Clinic owned by the LLC "Paging Company Areopag-Payj".

As stated in the accompanying documents, the transfer of the plots is being carried out at the request of the Presidential Administration of the KR, which emphasizes that these areas are necessary for creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, implementing investment projects, as well as for the comprehensive development and unification of the architectural appearance of the capital's infrastructure.
