The incident occurred on March 15, when a call about a murder in a multi-story building located in the 3rd microdistrict was received by the Tokmok police at 06:47.
Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement authorities discovered the body of a 46-year-old man, who was found sitting with a stab wound to the chest.
The case has been registered under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, relating to the crime of "Murder." The suspect turned out to be K.Z., born in 1974, the common-law wife of the deceased.
The investigation suggests that a quarrel between the couple led the suspect to grab a knife and stab the man in the chest, resulting in his death at the scene.
Further investigation is currently underway.
