President Sadyr Japarov, according to Orunbekov, emphasized the need to change the approaches in the work of the State Mortgage Company.
“Previously, banks provided funds for purchasing apartments to those who were on the waiting list. Now, the state itself has taken on the construction of apartment buildings for mortgage housing,” he explained.
Orunbekov also noted that thousands of apartments have already been built and handed over to owners since the changes were made.
According to plans, by the end of the year, the construction of more than 20,000 apartments will be completed, which will be distributed among citizens.
This will provide housing for approximately 20,000 families. Considering that an average family consists of 3-4 people, more than 60,000 citizens will receive new apartments.
According to Daiyrbek Orunbekov, this number is comparable to the population of some districts in the country.
