Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the initiation of a criminal case under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Corruption" in connection with possible offenses at OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz."
The investigation was prompted by video materials released as part of an investigation by the State Tax Service titled "Oil for Themselves: How 'Kyrgyzneftegaz' Was Ruined." These materials contain information about possible illegal actions committed by officials of the enterprise.
