During the ceremony, the head of state noted that until now, the police department, which had been located in a building since 1983, had performed its duties as effectively as possible despite limitations.
Two years ago, Interior Minister Ulan Niyazbekov informed the president about the situation in the Naryn city police and suggested building a new building.
The president then instructed to allocate funds from the budget for the construction of a modern building that would create favorable conditions for employees and ensure safety in Naryn.
“As a result, in one year and seven months, a modern four-story building with an area of 1,500 square meters was built, fully equipped with the necessary conditions. Today we are solemnly opening this important facility. In addition, as part of the event, 26 more facilities within the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be opened in an online format,” added Sadyr Japarov.
