According to the order of the head of the Cabinet, dated January 22, 2026, and numbered 30, this decision was made to carry out the specified reforms.
The commission was tasked with regularly reviewing information on the progress of implementing this decree, which will be provided by the relevant state authorities.
The following documents were also declared invalid:
1) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 17, 2025, No. 167;
2) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 17, 2025, No. 359.
