Kyrgyzstan has changed its representative in the leadership of the CSTO
The President of the Kyrgyz Republic has signed a decree on personnel changes in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

According to the president's press service, Taalatbek Masadykov is no longer the Deputy Secretary General of the CSTO. Since 2023, he has represented Kyrgyzstan in the international secretariat of this organization.

The new Deputy Secretary General will be Mirlan Turgunbekov, who previously held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has experience in leadership roles in the fields of security and international cooperation.
