In his statement, he indicated that at around 18:15 that same day, an unknown perpetrator stole his bag containing personal documents in one of the mosques and fled the scene of the crime.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is being handled by the investigative department of the Lenin District's Internal Affairs Directorate.
As a result of operational-search activities, a 15-year-old suspect, S. A., was identified and detained. He was taken to the investigative authorities for further proceedings.
The investigation is ongoing.
