According to the received data, the incident took place on January 27, when a citizen named B.D. reported to the duty station. He stated that around 18:15, an unknown person stole his bag containing documents and fled the scene.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect, a 15-year-old named S.A., was identified and detained. He was taken to the police department for further investigation, and a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was applied.
The investigation is ongoing.
