According to the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek, in response to the incident, all individuals present at the scene were taken to the local police department for further investigation.
A citizen named M.A., born in 1999, reported to the Lenin District Police Department of Bishkek that on January 25, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM, on A. Bakaev Street, two unknown individuals inflicted bodily harm on him during a conflict.
Based on his statement, the investigative service of the Lenin District Police Department initiated a criminal case under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Relevant forensic medical examinations have been appointed.
During the investigation, the suspects were identified and detained: D.A. (born in 1997) and Sh.A. (born in 1995). They were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
