According to law enforcement agencies, on November 18, 2025, K. T., born in 1989, filed a report stating that on October 27, a certain man, having gained his trust under the pretext of making a purchase, drove away in a Mercedes-Benz 124 valued at 250,000 soms.
This incident was recorded, and a criminal case was opened under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to fraud.
The investigation revealed that the suspect was able to sell the car to a third party. The vehicle has been seized and is now serving as physical evidence.
The investigation is ongoing.
