Based on the received statement, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers detained a 31-year-old man named M.A., who is suspected of committing this crime. He was placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The investigation established that the suspect had already sold the stolen vehicle to third parties. The car was seized and is now considered evidence in the case.
