As of February 3, employees of the MES of the Osh region, as well as a Republican separate rescue team consisting of 12 rescuers with a drone, have joined the search efforts. In addition, local authorities, police officers, and residents of the area are participating in the operation. A total of 126 people are involved, and special equipment is being used to ensure access to the site of the incident.
It is worth noting that the MES had previously warned several times about the high risk of avalanches in this area.
