According to available information, the incident took place on December 30, 2025. At 1:45 PM, a resident of the city, known by the initials A.A., contacted law enforcement. She reported that an unknown man entered a classroom located on Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue and stole her bag.
The bag contained 300,000 soms, 2,000 dollars, and an iPhone 15. After committing the theft, the perpetrator fled the scene.
In connection with this, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, the police were able to identify and detain a 32-year-old man named U.E. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek based on Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, his possible involvement in other similar crimes is being investigated. The investigation is ongoing.
