Information about the incident was received by the police on February 4 at 23:04. A call to the "102" service reported a body found near the bypass road on the outskirts of the capital.
The investigative-operational group of the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs discovered the victim at the scene. A criminal case has been initiated for murder under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has been established that the deceased is S. B., born in 2006.
The suspect in the crime is N. A., born in 2004. During an attempt to detain him, he tried to commit suicide by inflicting several stab wounds on himself. Police officers provided him with first aid and called an ambulance, which took him to the hospital.
At the moment, N. A. is under guard in a medical facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed in the case, and the investigation continues in accordance with the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Main Department of Internal Affairs emphasizes.
