The bag was stolen in an educational institution
In Bishkek, law enforcement authorities detained a suspect in a major theft. This information was provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District.
On December 30, 2025, a young woman reported to the police that on the same day, at one of the universities located on Ch. Aitmatov Avenue, her handbag was stolen from a classroom. Inside were 300 thousand soms, 2 thousand dollars, and an iPhone 15.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, a suspect born in 1993, named U.E., was detained. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.
