The State National Security Committee (GKNB) has returned to state ownership objects that were previously illegally privatized in the Talas region and are essential for the livelihood of the population.
According to information from the agency, in 2003, the head of the public organization "Toboy," named S.T.D., in collusion with employees of the Talas branch of the State Cadastre Management and the Talas Main Water Management, transferred strategically important water intake facilities to the balance of his organization.
During the investigative actions, it was established that with the help of official forgery, these objects were later transferred to private ownership, including land plots of 1.7 ha, 0.68 ha, and 1 ha, as well as the existing infrastructure. The total value of these assets amounted to 36,415,400 soms.
As a result of the investigations conducted, the specified objects were returned to the state.
